At ariika, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. If you receive an incorrect item, a defective product, or simply change your mind after completing your purchase, we will gladly accept your return free of charge, provided the following conditions are met:

The products must be returned in their original packaging.

The packaging must be sealed and unopened (*).

The product must show no signs of use (*).

The original stamped invoice must be included with the returned item.
(*) These conditions do not apply if the item has a manufacturing defect.
You have up to 30 days to return the product. However, the 30-day return policy does not apply to indoor and outdoor furniture items such as sofas, chairs, beds, and tables.
Mattresses may be returned after a 30-day trial period.
Non-Returnable Cases:
We are unable to accept returns in the following situations:

If the product is damaged due to misuse or shows signs of wear and tear.

If the product has been used, deliberately altered, or assembled.

If you wish to exchange the item for a different color or size (currently, we do not offer exchanges; the original item must be returned, and a new order placed for the desired product).
Please ensure all non-furniture items are returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. The original invoice must be included, along with any accessories, promotional gifts, or warranty cards that came with the order.
Furniture Return & Delivery Postponement Policy
Return Policy:

You have 72 hours from the time of order placement to cancel or request changes to the color, design, or dimensions of a furniture item. A full refund will be issued if the order is canceled within this time frame.

If the order is canceled within 7 days, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

After 7 days from the time of order, cancellation or modifications are no longer permitted.
Furniture products are **only eligible for exchange or return if they have a manufacturing defect.
